  We have taken the kids here once or twice before but its really gone downhill lately.Dirty, dusty, and no air-conditioning at all.Lots of things broken or in disrepair. Want to play a two-person game and only one side works? No refunds! Want to play on the kids equipment and parts have literally fallen off? No refunds! Want to play on the "jumping castle" but its half inflated and held together with rope and cable ties? No refunds! Kids leave as the equipment is broken? No refunds!Random stickers on just about everything stating "own risk" or "not working"..The place hasnt been dusted above shoulder height in what looks to be years. Got a child with asthma? Dont go near the place.Want healthy food options? None. Cake, lollies, or deep fried only.Staff try to be helpful but the manager isnt open to discussion all.Given the heat and the lack of airflow in Woodies the money saved on entry would just go in trying to hydrate the skaters at the overpriced snacks counter. Remember - no food or drink allowed that isnt purchased!Im paying the slightly higher price and going to the YMCA just down the road. Sure its a few dollars more to get in but at least its clean, cool, the staff are nice, the equipment isnt falling apart, and refreshments are cheaper.After a few hours at Woodies the few dollars saved on entry just dont seem worth the heat and stress.
